In this lesson we covered the concepts of our work. I spoke with Tata and we told each other about each of our ideas and then wrote down what we thought each other was trying to communicate, or what the central questions/topics were.
Tata seemed to have a good grasp on what I was trying to communicate.
Ive still struggled to define what it is that im making in a concise way, it often feels quite convoluted. Initially when I started working on this project I thought the game would be less interactive with the crowd movement managed by coded non-playable ‘ai’, yet Im now planning on trying to add audience participation where they control either a member of the crowd, or move a small collection of ‘people’ – this would depend on how many people would be in the audience, or many would activly want to participate – it opens upon a lot more techincal issues and possibilites – though I think could be fruitful to explore.
